designer brand... HAPPIE COUTURE! Happie Couture was inspired by my desire to spoil my own little VIP
(Happie), without have to spend a small fortune in doing so, I began making her cute little beds, dazzling
jewelry, personalized toy boxes, and wardrobes to store her little things, and even her very own miniature LOG
CABIN! It looks like a REAL log cabin with the functionality of a crate. Once family and friends began to see all
the adorable items that I had made for my little Happie, they wanted me to make items for their VIPs and that is
how we came to be.
We offer an exclusive line of handmade designer Pet Beds, Pet Jewelry, Pet Furniture, and Pet Accessories to
Pamper your Precious Pets. All of our items are made in the USA with quality materials and Lots of Love.
Our items are made to order with the exception of our Jewelry line, which is pre-made. Most of our listed
Jewelry can be altered to fit your pet, please contact us prior to purchasing.

perfect one of a kind piece you desire.
If you are looking for a specific color scheme, pattern, material, etc. for your pet's bed or accessories, Please let

All of our Wood Pet Beds come with soft & cozy bedding that is (as most everything) made with your color
scheme/material desires.

Q: What materials do you use in making your pet jewelry?
A: Our jewelry is made from many different types of beads (including natural stone beads, glass pearls,
freshwater pearls, Mtn. Jade, genuine fossil beads, lamp work beads , Swarovski & Austrian crystals, Swarovski
pearls, hematite, & handmade glass beads), both silver plated and sterling silver spacers, clasps & toggles,
and heavy gauge clear stretch cord and memory wire for comfort & durability.
Q: Do you take request on sizes, colors, & materials?
A: Yes, we do take requests. However, we may not always be able to accommodate your requests precisely,
but we will do our very best.
Q: Do you offer discounts on shipping?
A: Absolutely! Say you order 1 toy box and 1 bed & 2 smaller items...you will only pay shipping for the
heaviest item, all other items will be shipped for free.
Q: How is shipping calculated?
A: Shipping is calculated by two factors...the weight of the item & actual USPS shipping rate from our zip
code to yours. We never mark up shipping rates!
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We do accept returns, as long as the item(s) in question are return/postmarked to us within 3 days upon
you receiving them. All items are sent return receipt so that we know when they are received by you. This is
for our own piece of mind. Returns are given in full LESS the original shipping fee.
Q: Do you ship international?
A: At this time, we are NOT shipping international. We do however ship anywhere in the US, including Hawaii
and Alaska.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Paypal is preferred, but will accept Visa & Mastercard through Paypal transfer and USPS money order. For
quicker processing & security, Paypal is the best way to pay.
Q: When can I expect my order?
A: This varies... If you are ordering an item that is already made, it will be shipped within 24 hrs of cleared
payment. However, if you have ordered items that must be made, please allow 5-15 days for shipment. You
will be notified once your item has been shipped and you will always receive a tracking number. If you are in a
